This enables easy application for a variety of pouch designs without ever inhibiting the valve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n How does application work?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n ValvPak\u00ae valves are available as transversely wound spools, much like zippers are currently supplied. An applicator is placed on the pouch machine which registers, cuts, and attaches a single valve onto the package material. The pouch material carries the valve down the machine for further completion of the pouches where the final seals are made. The pouches come off the machine ready to be filled, no need for further manufacturing steps as with fitments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For converters<\/strong>, adding ValvPak to pouches is simple and cost-effective. A ValvPak applicator can be purchased and added to most standard pouch equipment. TechniPac, a value-added converter, can also service brands <\/strong>fabricating ValvPak pouches using the brand owner\u2019s preferred film supplier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n ValvPak applicators are made by AZCO Corp.
